I have more than 20 years experience in the fitness industry. Working in different places in the world (France, Units states of America, Canada, and Switzerland) helped me to acquire knowledge, advanced techniques and the capacity to adapt to any situation.

My name is Laurent, my soul purpose is to inspire, motivate and change the way we look at fitness. My approch of training is based on feeling.
