I am an Internationally Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist with over 7 years of experience helping individuals achieve their fitness goals. I hold internationally recognized certifications, including IACET (USA) and REPS-recognized qualifications.

My areas of specialization include weight loss, muscle building, female fitness, special populations, strength training, and sports injury rehabilitation. Over the years, I have worked with clients from different fitness levels, helping them improve their health, performance, body composition, and overall well-being.

My coaching approach focuses on personalized training programs, practical nutrition guidance, sustainable lifestyle changes, and continuous progress tracking.   • Tell us more about your subject. How did you develop an interest in this field?

    It was my childhood ambition to become a physical trainer. I was engaged in sports activities when I was in school. I used to go to gym on my teenage period onwards. As you know , am a Personal trainer ,it was a vast topic, we should definitely know the anatomy and physiology of human body and providing personal training according to the health condition of each clients. before starting the training program I will assess the heath status of each person including medical and surgical history, then planning workouts based on their needs . If they require I also providing nutritional assistance
    this is about my job in brief.
  • What or who is the motivation behind you choosing to teach & why?

    Without any doubt I would say its Chris Bumstead who is a Canadian body builder known for his impressive achievement in classic physique competitions, His success in the sport is marked by his dedication to training ,nutrition and his distinct physique look which inspired me a lot to make my carrier more fruitful
  • How does your work help society?

    Through personal training I can help society in several ways, Firstly, Educational support by providing information on exercise techniques , nutrition and helping them to make decisions about their health and fitness, Secondly motivation and guidance to achieve their goals , making customized nutritional plans, training on flexible time

    My role model and my motivation is only one person Chris Bumsted
  • Tell us about your hobbies outside teaching.

    Other than fitness I love to play cricket , It`s my all time favorite entertainment which makes me happier and helps to interact with people, that also helps to communicate my thoughts to differ people
  • Do you have an anecdote to tell us about your student or professional life?

    I don`t have any personal experience but I can share one real story about my class mate whoes father died when he was a child , He worked so hard to find a job , to secure his family including mother and two siters. His consistency and dedication inspired me a lot
