About Meghana

I am a student and also have been playing sports, been dancing for over 5 years now. I teach basic fitness, flexibility and also regular aerobics and yoga. Workout effective to the body parts has always been my main flex

About the lesson

I teach according to the preference of the person learning from me. Be it workout, yoga, aerobics, everybody has a preferred style and way, I’d like to know what makes them comfortable and whats more effective to them mentally ans physically and then proceed with it.
