This class is designed to help students of all levels—from beginners to advanced—achieve their health and fitness goals right from the comfort of their home. What I Teach: Warm-Up & Mobility We begin every session with dynamic warm-ups to improve flexibility, prevent injury, and prepare your body for effective training. Strength Training (Bodyweight & Dumbbells) I guide students through progressive resistance exercises targeting major muscle groups, helping you build lean muscle and increase overall strength. HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) Burn fat and boost metabolism with fun, fast-paced HIIT workouts that improve cardiovascular fitness and torch calories. Core Workouts Strengthen your abs and lower back with targeted core exercises to improve balance, posture, and functional strength. Cool Down & Stretching End every class with deep stretching techniques to promote recovery and reduce soreness.
