Dr.Rubi is a Physiotherapist& also a certified trainer in fitness.
As a doctor of physical therapy she has the knowledge regarding body movements & kinesiology.
So I recommend her as a qualified experienced trainerShe is a hardworking. She will teach you from the very basic and always encourage to your desired goal. No looking back when you have a tutor like her. You just have to follow her advice. Hope this helps you :)
