My name is Tony, and I am a Personal Trainer and Strength & Conditioning Instructor at Le Gym. I am also a Concordia varsity rugby athlete, so I understand both training and performance from real experience. I focus on helping people train safely, build strength, improve fitness, and feel more confident in the gym. My coaching style is friendly, clear, and supportive, whether you are a beginner, student, athlete, or someone looking to get back into shape.

Details

My name is Tony, and I am a Personal Trainer and Strength & Conditioning Instructor at Le Gym. I am also a Concordia varsity rugby athlete, so I understand training, performance, discipline, and consistency from real experience. My goal is to help clients build strength, improve fitness, lose fat, move better, and feel more confident in the gym.

My coaching is simple, clear, and focused on results. Each client receives a personalized workout program based on their goals, fitness level, schedule, and experience. I focus on proper technique, safe training, strength training, mobility, conditioning, and building habits that are easy to follow.

I offer in-person personal training sessions in Montreal for $50 per hour. I also offer online coaching sessions for $30 per hour for clients who prefer to train from home or need guidance remotely. For clients who only want a customized workout program and a consultation based on their goals, I offer this for $30.

Every client also receives a free 1-hour consultation where we discuss their goals, needs, fitness level, schedule, injuries, and what they want to improve. The more sessions you book, the cheaper each session becomes, making it easier to stay consistent, stay motivated, and get better results.

My lessons are for beginners, students, athletes, and anyone who wants to get stronger, leaner, healthier, and more athletic with proper guidance and support.
