About David
I was a really snotty kid and hated sports. Not because I couldn't do it, but because it was easier to just sit in front of the TV. However, fitness (weight training, etc.) showed me a different side of sports, and I want to share that with other people who might share the same struggles of my past.
I also think that there needs to be more honest people in the fitness industry, people who are oriented towards the common good and who can at least deal with basic biological knowledge (beyond just muscle growth), where it's not just about profit, but about humanity.
In my opinion, I am someone who fits into this motif.

I like to explain all possible aspects: what works and what doesn't, how I do it and how others do it, and often from a relative perspective, taking into account all the criteria that influence or could influence it. In my opinion there is no strict line between right and not right, it is a spectrum, a spectrum that differs from one person to another.
I try to make the active training very comprehensive, safe, optimal, satisfactory and also suitable for every person (whether beginner or advanced).
