About Augustin
Hi, I am Augustin and I am a Level 4 S&C Principle Coach and Online Coach and just started my Strength and Conditioning degree at Brighton Uni.
I founded Nak-Su Fitness with the focus of winning at all costs.
There are too many unqualified people in the fitness industry who haven't got the necessary qualifications and experience needed to do their job.
I'm not offering a quick fix like those Instagram influencers that will happen in under a month BUT what I do promise is I will get you where you want to be if you put in the work.
I care about all my athletes and getting you to your goal whether it's getting into the army, doing your first 5K or preparing for another arduous physical goal I will help you get there.

All I care about is your success.
We use various methods to help you achieve your goals in either in-person sessions or Online Coaching.
I use specialise strength and conditioning (S&C) software to monitor athlete development so I can get the data I need to program sessions for you as specifically as possible to your individual needs so you can smash your goals.
Back last year when I first started working on the gym floor I found out the leading cause of clients failing their goals with PTs and this is because they were treated as clients, not athletes. If we treated all clients as athletes the individual shift their focus towards the process and the person they aspire to be at the end of their journey.
All I ask all my athletes for is discipline and motivation and I will cover the rest and hold you to account.
