Each class can be made unique in the topics addressed. I try to curate each class so as to provide the students with as much relevant information. I want to leave the student with as much information, with the next executable steps that need to be taken, to improve their exercise regimen and lifestyle. I also leave time out at the end for answering questions, so I expect students to come prepared.
