Hi, I’m Joe, a UK-qualified physiotherapist with a degree from Brunel University (Class of 2022) and over two years of hands-on MSK experience working within the NHS. I’ve combined my clinical expertise with a strong passion for fitness—completing my Level 3 Gym Instructor qualification and currently working towards my Level 4 Personal Training certification. Now based in sunny Spain, I offer online personal training sessions designed to help you move pain-free, build strength, and achieve your fitness goals—wherever you are in the world. My approach blends physiotherapy insight with targeted training to support safe, effective, and sustainable results.
