Hi, I’m Joe, a UK-qualified physiotherapist with a degree from Brunel University (Class of 2022) and over two years of hands-on MSK experience working within the NHS. I’ve combined my clinical expertise with a strong passion for fitness—completing my Level 3 Gym Instructor qualification and currently working towards my Level 4 Personal Training certification. Now based in sunny Spain, I offer online personal training sessions designed to help you move pain-free, build strength, and achieve your fitness goals—wherever you are in the world. My approach blends physiotherapy insight with targeted training to support safe, effective, and sustainable results. Whether you're recovering from an injury, looking to improve mobility, or just starting your fitness journey, I’m here to support and guide you every step of the way.
