About Tallie
I am an exercise specialist, working with people on corrective exercises, somewhere in between a physio and a PT.
I am also a nutritionist and take a holistic view on all things.
The way we move, breathe, eat, sleep and think all impact our well-being. If you are interested in more than just postural alignment we can discuss further too.
