About Jerome
I have been giving personal training sessions for just under 2 years and I have trained over 40 people. My Clients have had many different goals which they have met such as: Weight loss, fat reduction, muscle gain and increase in cardiovascular fitness.
I specialise with clients that are on a plant based diets, however I can advise with omnivore diets too.

I have a huge passion for fitness, health and wellbeing and I enjoy finding new and innovative ways to train. I live for seeing how the body can change after undergoing exercise and proper nutrition.
I come from a long history of playing basketball and badminton, and with that knowledge, together with the knowledge from becoming a Personal Trainer, I believe I can help achieve your fitness goals, where ever you're up to.
