I am a professional physiothetapist and i have deep knowledge about human movement and exercise physiology and prescription.In my 10 years experience i have worked in different settings both exercise presecription in gyms for group exercises as well well as one on one coaching.with my experience and expertise i will be able to tailor effective and safe exercise for different age groups as well help in teaching any relevant material.i have worked as a tutor in countries such as zambia,Sudan and South Africa.
