My name is Henrique Costa, I have a degree in Exercise and health with a specialty in chronic diseases. Through personalized training, I transform people's lives!
I use physical exercise to help people achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
The prescription for exercise is individualized and adapted to any limitation, pathology or musculoskeletal injury!
Sessions are adjusted according to available materials and targeted to the objectives of each individual.
