An aspiring personal trainer and bodybuilder who has finished his college Higher National Degree in Sport, Fitness and Exercise, training for the last 4 years and coaching for the last year. My diet and exercise plans are customised to help you attain your goals!

About the lesson

My teaching method is easily approachable and unique to each individual. Diet and exercise plans can be created after our initial discussion and will be made to your specifications, whether you prefer meal by meal laid out, or a more basic bi-weekly plan. Exercise plans will be customised to help you reach your goals in the optimal time.
