My name is Deepak and I am Lv 6 Certified Strength and Conditioning coach. I have 2 years of experience in training and I am a boxer too. I chose to coach because of my interest in Human performance both physically and mentally. I can help you out with your goals be it to loose weight, gain weight or get athletic.

For online classes i will use all the presentation tools which will help you understand all the workouts better. For people who want to loose fat, gain weight and build muscle the workouts will be alternating with weight training and cardio. For athletes the workouts will be alternating with Strength training, cardio and plyometric training.
For offline classes i will be doing the same but also demonstrating the workouts myself.

Perfect! Deepak is a great personal trainer! He created workout plans that were manageable and not overwhelming, and his approach to diet was sustainable without being too restrictive . Despite the time zone difference, he made sure I had a solid routine, along with videos and other materials to guide me.

What my experience training under him is that, he gave training with every details , so that we peak in our perfomance, He constantly gave me feedback with my perfomance so that I can improve, very approachable guy with our doubts. will recommend to anyone who is looking and willing to train.
Deepak is a really good personal trainer, He helped me a lot in my body transformation journey. He answers all my queries. His diet plans are the best because he doesn't simply make a whole new diet plan , but improvises the food I eat at home which makes it convenient and possible to regularly follow this diet plan. I made the best choice to have him as my personal trainer.
I was confused since I was a beginner and he helped me out, I am really happy with my fat loss progress and I have gained respectable amount of muscles to, my body has changed from chubby to aesthetic in 8 months. If you are a beginner and really confused , I recommend Deepak as your personal trainer he will meet your body's expectations and work through it .
