My approach is to meet you where you are and design an exercise prescription tailored to you. It should never be your job to fit yourself to a trainer's protocol, but the trainer's job to fit the protocol to you.

About the lesson

I have over 20 years of experience working one-on-one with clients of all fitness levels. Whether your goal is body fat reduction, muscle hypertrophy, or the combination (i.e. Body Recomposition) I use the latest exercise science to get you there.
