I known Mr Bimal for about 12 years now. An alumni of IIM Bangalore, as Civil Servant, he has served at various key positions in Government of India and has been passionately involved in areas like skill development and people’s empowerment. He also has authored a book on India-China relations. He has a deep sense of responsibility towards the nation and society and has a passion for welfare for common citizens.
