I am a qualified level 2 gym Instructor and level 3 Personal Trainer and have a wide range of teaching experience in gyms and also privately. I specialise in training for all over fitness especially in horse riders and bodyuilders.

I create a lesson/programme specifically for the individual person and their needs and I don't instruct anybody to do anything that I cannot do myself. My lessons are aimed to improve fitness and challenge the individual.
