About Bobbie
I am currently studying sports and exercise science with a counselling course on the side! I love going to the gym and keeping my mind happy as well as feeling positive about the way I look! When I’m not in the mood for an intense workout I will take a long calming walk to take time for myself whilst listening to inspiring podcasts!

We will start by looking at a goal you mentally/ physically want to achieve within yourself and work towards that weekly using mental drills, calming exercises and physical endurance to help keep you and your mind determined and healthy!! It will be around 30-45 minute sessions at a timetable that is flexible with you, time to take to yourself each day!
