I was doing yog from last 10 years ,and what I got from yog now I want to share that achivement with others. All sadhak who wants to do yog then trust yog . Don't take yog as a exercise it's not a exercise . Yog means a join oer joining yours with yourself. We do Yog from Patanjali yog Sutra , Astang yog parampra.

Yog is not a magic, it's not easy oer nor its tough. If you are serious about yog then you get what you want and in other words yog give you that what you want but for that you should be serious about yog. As a instructor I try to teach you why yog you should do and how should do in a right way and try to open your mind about misconceptions of yoga. Please note if you do yog in wrong manner it's harm you .Yog is very important but most important is yog do in right way either it's yog abyas oer pranayam, so don't leave it tomorrow start from today, Thanks
