About Samuel
I like to work in an interactive environment. Patient and attentive, I know how to adapt to situations which can be more or less complex. Indeed, my training taught me to plan, program, and set up suitable training. In addition, comfortable in terms of strength development methods, weightlifting, energy sectors and others, I am also able to bring my know-how to the level of the development of mental qualities as well as the nutritional aspect
I enjoy all kinds of sports, however soccer and weight training are the ones I do most regularly (about 6-7 times a week). Putting it into practice seems important to me, it allows first of all to test training methods on oneself, to refine execution techniques, but also to question the choices that are made. All of this having a positive impact on my own conception of training.
