About Alparslan
I have been trying to help my students achieve their goals for 16 years in different places such as sports clubs, studios, open spaces and online training.
I am a graduate of IU Sports Academy. I have training in fields such as fitness, pilates, kick boxing, functional training, athlete health and first aid, sports psychology, sports nutrition from many institutions, including the state and private sector.
I founded 2 different businesses and worked as a sports manager for 8 years, contributing to the development of many trainers.

-I give lessons in different branches such as fitness, pilates, kick boxing, functional training.
I received training in fields such as athlete nutrition and athlete psychology and I support my students in these trainings.
-I can offer you the most accurate service in line with your wishes, needs and goals that we will determine together.
*YOU WILL NOT JUST EXERCISE IN OUR WORKS TOGETHER.
**You will know and learn why you are doing the work you are going to do, set, reps, weight, rest interval, the foods you take... in short, everything. In other words, these studies will also be training for you.
