About Riccardo
Hello everyone, I am an engineer and I have been practicing powerlifting for 8 years. I was followed by experienced and competent people right from the start, from which I learned the basics of training. Being a passion, I decided to deepen the subject, through courses, books, and many many one-to-one lessons. I believe I have an excellent preparation to be able to follow beginners and amateurs, with the possibility of drawing up a personalized and effective training and diet program. The possibility of having one-to-one lessons in presence in my home gym in Milan can be very useful.
