Online Session:
will give mental preparation to get ready to do a workout, start with basic warming up like all major joint rotations, major muscle stretching
will design their workout program as per their requirements
Start with basic yoga, cardio, we can do Zumba, two major muscle strengthening, and finally cooling down will go with a pranayam session
Depending on age, wise workout becomes various charts
Offline:
Will start with a basic warm-up like joint rotation, stretchings all major muscles, sooryanamaskar, it's a basic routine workout in the day for flexibility, will teach Zumba or choreography for any songs to improve their energy level, and diet conversation will guide and discuss all the day
Strengthening exercises on alternative days will happen
will discuss their issues and focus on that, which will teach each and every one personally
