About Sarah
Having danced all of my life I am aware of how important physical and mental fitness is.
In-between contracts I training at Train Fitness, London and became a Level 3 PT, specialising in Circuits, Spin, Stretching, Weights.
I am also a qualified exercise referral specialist.
