About Alexia
Nice to meet you! I'm Alexia. I have 8 years of experience as a gymnast, and I've currently been 3 years training as an aerial acrobat, with a focus on the silk and trapeze.
No class is complete without a proper warm-up and warm-down. I truly believe in stretching and warming up the whole body to prepare it for physical activity, which also helps prevent injuries. The same goes for warming down, which prepares the body for recovery.

About the lesson

We will begin the 1 hour class with a gentle full body stretch and warm-up. Then we will move on to some conditioning and mobility exercises targeted to your goals, to help you develop strength and range of movement.
All ages and experience levels are welcome.
The class does not make use of machinery.
Class may be done online or in-person (location - Swieqi - mat is provided).
