About myself, I love my body and love looking and feeling great.. To wake up in the morning and knowing this is my life and only I can make the change and decisions to be my best and looking my best.. Exercise is not hard as people make it out to be.. If you start with making a life decision then it becomes part of you. I love feeling full of energy and going places and not feeling out of breath.. But enjoy just being energetic and free-spirited.. You can feel exactly that way too if you commit and see it as part of building a lifestyle change..
