About Emmanuel

I have a Bachelors degree in Kinesiology and love learning about the anatomy and physiology of the body, particularly in regards to how to improve health and fitness goals.

I have gone through my own journey of building muscle and rehabbing injuries including coscochondritis (inflammation of the ribs) and tennis elbow. The confidence and personal growth that I have gained have helped me tremendously in other areas of my life

I now enjoy to help people feel more confident in not just their bodies and how they look but overall in how they feel.

About the lesson

I have over 6 years ofexperience as personal trainer. I have worked with age groups as young as 13 and as old as 80 on different goals including weight loss, muscle building, body recomposition, injury prevention, injury rehabilitation, and habit development.
