About Jassim
I am in the last year of gymnasium maturity in a sport and economic option.
I was never a big sportsman when I was young, I didn't even understand the point of doing it and I lived a good part of my adolescence overweight until the day (a bit by chance) where I started to take myself in hand!
I lost weight (-28 kilos) and became interested in nutrition and bodybuilding exercises.
Then after a year in England I discovered Powerlifting, a section of bodybuilding that I really liked and since then I started gaining weight. (+12 kilos)
Back in Switzerland I started competing in Powerlifting which was a great experience! (I managed to be Swiss deadlift champion in my category this year!!!)
I have already trained relatives who have had great results and would be happy to help you too!

Having gone through many sporting phases (half-marathon runner to powerlifting) I seek to give my knowledge to gain mass or lose weight!
As said above, I can offer a more accessible weight loss program while trying to keep a certain muscle mass.
Depending on the objectives (cardio vascular, strength, hypertrophy)
Just like a weight gain program for any type (strength, hypertrophy)
As you may see in my background, I am particularly able to give power take-off advice on the 3 athletic strength movements which are the squat, bench press (lying developer) and the deadlift (raising from the ground)
-The squat
particularly working the lower body (quadriceps, hamstrings and glutes)
-The bench press (aka bench press)
Working the upper body (pectorals, triceps, shoulder)
-The deadlift (aka deadlift)
Working the upper and lower body, especially the posterior chain (back, buttocks, trapezius)
I can also offer a training program depending on the days you want to train (gym) and your goals
(For power, I have a program that can calculate the weights to lift depending on the exercise each week)

I can offer lessons with home equipment (pull-up bar, dumbbell) But it is true that indoor training is more suitable. I'm myself at a weightlifting club and nonstop
