Different problem have a different Yoga practice . Yoga postures, breathing techniques, meditation techniques will help the perticular person, depends on age, lifestyle, habits, gender and health status .
In 1 hour session ,i will include .. warm up, 10+ yogasana 3+ breathing techniques, meditation practice , daily tips and previous status recovery.
Yoga - Aerobics- zumba- Pilates - Relaxation, Meditation . Time to time change the variations.
