About Diego
Iยดm Diego and Iโm a 36 years old Argentinian, living in Southampton, UK. Being a passionate engineer in the study and improvement of mechanisms led me to internalise myself in the operation of the best machine that is the human body thatยดs why I inserted myself into the fitness industry as a Personal Trainer. In this search, I found Animal Flow as a discipline to connect the body and the mind as a single mechanism that improves and stimulates the physical capacities.
