About Matt
I have a bachelor's degree in exercise science with a minor in Spanish. I am currently earning my doctor of physical therapy. I have been running long distance since I was 12 years old. I have run over 60 half marathons and 6 full marathons. I have completed a half Iron Man and countless triathlons.

My teaching approach is by having discussions with the students. I believe that the best way to learn is by having discussions after students have studied the material to learn how to apply it. I don't like lecturing because people do not retain information given from a lecture.
