About Ilya
I’m Ilya, a dedicated middle-distance runner with years of competitive experience in the 800m, 1500m, and 5k. I understand both the physical and mental challenges of the sport, and I bring that perspective into these sessions. My focus is on helping runners train smarter, avoid common mistakes, and build long-term progress with discipline and confidence. I aim to create a supportive yet focused environment where you feel motivated, guided, and reassured that they’re learning from someone who actively lives the sport.

Perfect! I had a great first session with Ilya. He was very easy to talk to, took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, and listened carefully to my concerns and goals. Rather than giving generic advice, he tailored his recommendations to our specific needs.
The session was very informative, and it was clear that he has a lot of knowledge and experience. He explained things in a way that was easy to understand and gave practical suggestions that we can start working on right away.
