About Isaac
I've been playing chess since I was 4 years old and have now been playing competitively for about 5 years now. I am over 2000 on chess.com and have taught many fellow chess players in the past. I plan to become a math teacher in the future and as a result also love working with kids for any aspirational young players out there. I can also provide insights into the world of competitive chess if you wish to start playing over the board. If you are passionate about the game and wish to improve I guarantee that you will learn things working with me!

I offer 1 hour virtual lessons and I'm offering lessons for anybody under 1600 on chess.com or lichess. Typically, I start with some game review of my students and assess specific areas in which they need to improve their game whether that be tactical or positional play. I take pride in personalizing my lessons as opposed to giving all students the same puzzles and exercises to solve.
