About Nathan

I am 19 years old, studying Mechatronic Engineering at the University of Sydney. I have excelled academically and with strategy games my whole life. I believe the stretching of your mind in these ways provides value through the skills developed and the great rewarding feeling it gives. Encouraging us to continue to tackle hard things.

About the lesson

My aim is that through the span of 10 lessons, I can teach the principles and strategies to use in real games as we practice together. Through personalised tutoring, I hope this experience can be fun and will set you up to continue practicing the strategies I can provide, to rapidly improve your abilities. Abilities that I believe are not just relevant when playing chess.

Nathan is a kind and studious individual. For my HSC, I took the subjects Maths Extension 1 and Maths Extension 2. For my first term of year 12, I was expected to attain a low E2 band for my HSC. But after reaching out to Nathan for support, I was successfully able to reach a high E3 band in both subjects. I feel that if I had gone to him earlier, my chances of attaining an E4 would've skyrocketed. I highly recommend this tutor if you aim to reach high marks.
