About Shubham
Iam a Professional Java Developer from last 3 years. Senior Analyst in one of leading IT Service Industries, practicing java from last 3+ years, curretly working on Advanced Frameworks in java. I graduated as an IT Engineer from one of the Private Engineering Colleges in Maharashtra.
I dont have any professional teaching experience , but beacause of my good core knowledge about Programming Fundamentals and Programming languages I have helped many of my friends and even some colligues to understand complex concepts or problems. Like in Java , I have helped my friends to understand other academic subjects also. So I dont know how to teach , but I know to explain yhe thinhs so others can understand it as much as in a simple way.

I always give lot much focus to understand basics of anything that we are going to learn. Not only reading theoretical stuff can help us to understand basics well but also it need twice practice, still theoretical knowledge plays a vital role. So I divided my program as 40-60.
40% giving time to read theoretical stuff.
60% hands on practice of programming questions.
