I am an experienced educator and writing instructor with a deep commitment to helping students grow into confident, independent thinkers. I hold a Master of Arts in the Humanities from the University of Chicago, where my work focused on critical analysis, ethical reasoning, and advanced academic writing.

Over the past several years, I have worked with diverse learners in both classroom and one-on-one settings, supporting students as they develop stronger arguments, refine their writing voice, and approach complex material with confidence. My teaching combines structure with encouragement — I challenge students to think deeply while ensuring they feel supported throughout the learning experience.

About the lesson

With a background in the humanities at the graduate level and extensive teaching experience, I support students across a wide range of goals — from strengthening foundational writing skills to refining honors-level essays and preparing standout college applications.
