About Gabrielle
I am a graduate of The Culinary Institute of Canada who just recently moved home after a decade spent working in exciting London, England. My background as a chef includes working in Michelin restaurants, five-star hotels, and cooking for celebrities and royals alike. My favorite jobs include opening and working as the Senior Teacher at the Jamie Oliver cookery school and being able to teach the chefs at The Ritz, Paris how to cook vegan cuisine.

I base my classes around my core values as a chef. I encourage the use of sustainable fish, organic free-range meat and buying local as much as possible. My style of cuisine is punchy in flavour,as fresh as possible and approachable in its method. I want to inspire people to truly enjoy the process of cooking as much as the meal.

I took a class with Gabrielle at Jamie Oliver Cookery School and I have nothing but great things to say. She has a very bubbly personality that keeps you engaged throughout the class. Her attention to detail and ability to convey so much important information in such a short period of time is fascinating. I believe her broad experience and love for cooking makes her an incredible teacher. I would definitely recommend taking a class with her!
Gabby is an amazing teacher, she makes everyone feel welcome and encouraged.
She is not the kind of teacher that makes you scared to make mistakes but the one who shows you how to fix them.
Gabrielle clearly loves cooking as it is reflected in her interactions with food.When she said "Do you know why the cayenne is hot? No? It's the membrane - it's insane in the membrane". That's a fun and knowledgable teacher.
She's extremely knowledgeable, fun yet very professional. She takes amazing fresh ingredients and just elevates them. Not only does she make the best food I've ever tasted, she also took my cooking skills to the next level. So grateful to have had the chance to learn from her. Would highly recommend her to anyone!
