About Noé

I owned a bakery in Ontario for two years (only stopped for school). I cooked mainly deserts (cookies, butter tarts, chocolate, etc.). My specialty is pies (especially apple my favorite). I now live in Québec where I learned how to cook many traditional Québec foods such as poutine, pudin chômeur, etc.

About the lesson

Each lesson we will pick a dessert and we will make it together. (I will send you the list of ingredients beforehand and at the end you will be sent the recipe). Each recipe will take 1hr to 1.5hr to complete. During down times when we are waiting for objects to bake we will go over baking theory and safe food handling. Even beginners can learn how to make these delicious recipes.
