Before dedicating my time to tutoring, I worked as a C# developer at a product-based company. My Teaching Philosophy & Methods
Hello, I am Suraj. As a BE Computer Engineering graduate, my approach to teaching programming is highly practical. I believe that coding is a hands-on skill, so my methodology moves away from dry textbook theory and focuses on real-world application. I use a project-based learning method where complex Java and C# concepts—like Object-Oriented Programming, logic building, and syntax—are broken down into simple, relatable examples.
Typical Class Structure
A standard 60-minute session is carefully divided to maximize both learning and active coding practice:
Concept Review (10 mins): We clear doubts from the previous session and review any assignments.
Live Coding & Theory (30 mins): I introduce the new topic for the day, writing and explaining the code line-by-line while demonstrating how it works.
Hands-on Practice (20 mins): You take control, write your own code based on the day's topic, and I guide you step-by-step through debugging and execution.
