I approach each topic with an introduction to the ingredients, followed by a demo and then followed by the different variations that are possible. questions are encouraged. Ill email you a recipe sheet after every class with everything that's been covered during the lesson

Our first lesson with me will be a non demo class, we will discuss what you would like to gain from these lessons as well as what you would like to learn.
