About Stefan
I have worked in kitchens all over Europe and not only. I have 10 years experience in professional kitchens , including Michelin starred ones. I am currently working as a firefighter, but still in love with food and everything that comes with it.

We will start with the basics in terms of knife skills, cooking methods and preparation. After that , the world is our oyster. We will learn the basics of different cuisines but also take into consideration what are your preferences in terms of food. We can do 20 minute meals or 2 hour meals. I like my lessons to reflect what the students want aswell.
