About Paulette
Hello! As a passionate music student, I am hope to share my love for music with others and help students discover their own musical potential. Currently completing my studies in cello performance at New York University, I’ve gained a deep understanding of both the technical and creative aspects of music, which I’m eager to pass on to future students.
Throughout my academic journey, I’ve had the opportunity to work with talented educators who have inspired my approach to teaching—balancing technique with creativity, and discipline with enjoyment. I am particularly focused on building confidence in my students and creating an encouraging environment where they can explore their musical talents freely.
As I continue to develop my own skills and knowledge, I am excited to begin mentoring students and helping them discover the joy and fulfillment that music can bring.

As a cello performance student at New York University, I am passionate about sharing my love for music and helping others grow as musicians. My teaching method blends strong technical foundations with creative exploration. I focus on building both skill and confidence by balancing classical techniques, music theory, and creative exercises like improvisation.
Each lesson is tailored to the student’s needs, typically starting with warm-ups and technique work, followed by repertoire and musical interpretation. I prioritize a supportive, encouraging environment where students feel motivated to explore their unique musical voice.
My lessons are ideal for students of all levels, from beginners to those looking to refine their technique and artistry in classical music.
