I am a Jamaican living in the England. I have completed a vocational course in Food and nutrition and have worked as a supervisor cook and restaurant manger in the food industry for over 20 years. I am level 3 qualified in Health and Social Care and have been working with the NHS for the last 10 years.

I have a passion for food and healthcare. and would like to pass on my skills to others. I am adult teacher/trainer qualified to level 4 and is passionate about teaching basic to intermediate level learners. I enjoy preparing tasty meals from all over the world, from mains to dessert.
I take a learner centered approach to teaching; offering learners' the opportunity individually, to interact and develop self confidence in research, maximising their hard skills constructively, offer positive feedback, identifying and recognising their soft skills, and offer support in basic Maths and English writing. I offer teaching to meet the needs of diverse learners, and identify learning opportunities that matches learners abilities and interest
