About Patrick
We teach very basic cooking techniques to beginners, then graduate to French dishes & best lemon meringue pies! If you like English dishes, or spicy African recipes, we will lead the way for you.
Chef Patrice (B.Sc.) & Chef Lizzie (R.N.)will guide you humorously through the basics......
I have always loved teaching English, chess, literary appreciation, certain sports, basic music appreciation...& of course, the culinary arts!
53 years of experience, and some part-time work in a restaurant! I also have a Bachelor of Science degree...

It depends on their entry level (cooking experience), e.g. for a beginner, we'd take him/ her through the basics of food preparation, sauces, 6 different cooking techniques, etc..
Depending on the subject, from age 9 upwards, and even Saudi colonels & professors (that was lecturing English!)
Choose someone with experience, patience, & a sense of humour!
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
This doesn't have to be formal, their gut instinct will often point them in the right direction. It's really up to the chef to assess their competence,& then guide them accordingly.
