About William
I am An Electrical Engineer who has worked for the Boeing Company and the Power Distribution for the City of Orlando. I have also worked in Telecommunications and communications for the Department of Defense. Most of my career was devoted to Protecting Federal information Systems through the Certification and Accreditation process using the security guidelines developed by the Department of Commerce, National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).

I have thought Math, Physics, and Chemistry outside the United States. I have tutored maths at University level while pursuing my BSEE degree. Teaching/tutoring the sciences requires that students understand the fundamental principles and subsequently reinforce this understanding through answering questions and working a wide variety of problems. Students are encouraged to go back to fundamental principles to solve problems. Practical problem solving is a priority , that demonstrates the level of understanding of the subject matter.
