About Chelsea
I am wife a mother living in south west England. I have given up working the 45+ hours in the corporate world to teach something I love. I enjoy teaching and have done this throughout my career in different ways, but my passion has and always will be cooking, but cooking from scratch. I love entertaining and cooking for groups, there’s nothing more I enjoy than a day of batch cooking on a Sunday alongside cooking a roast for my family, getting organised for the week! I am patient, kind and open to supporting any of my students with any additional help they may require.

I have cooked on all budgets and enjoyed trying and using new ingredients. I enjoy teaching and cooking with as natural ingredients as possible, however I am aware this isn’t always available to everyone! Showing you that scrapping the convenience jars and microwave meals and teaching you how quick and easy fresh, homemade cooking can be made, even in a busy, full-time working household. Throughout the different lessons after starting with the basics I will teach how to grow these into adaptable dishes to suit your own preferences and how to batch cook and prep for the week. I am a patient teacher, happy to adapt to your own pace and can offer additional support.
