About Dobbie
I'm Dr. Dobbie Herrion, Chaplain with Episcopal City Mission! Like many people, I attended church and believed in God when I was growing up. However, the connection between the Old Testament and the New Testament was never fully established, neither was my obedience or faith in God.
I discovered Philosophy in my early 40s which inevitably brought me back to the Bible. I took 4 years away from friends, activities, and the usual lifestyle, and devoted them to finding God, not learning or memorizing scripture.
Once I did, my mission became to help others who desperately looked (as I had) for God, to remain steadfast until they discover him.
