About Kino

Hi! I'm Kino, I'm from Nagoya and I have lived in Singapore since 4 years old. I have attended local school while attending Japanese prep school, and am fluent in Japanese, English and Chinese. A fun fact about me is that I took higher Chinese for Olevels. I have a passion for teaching languages, having taught Chinese and Japanese to local students. I am very approachable and patient, believing that everyone deserves a chance to learn new languages and I would like to share more about Japanese culture to more people.

About the lesson

Providing lessons for beginners to intermediate across all ages and for young native speakers who want to be more fluent in the language.
Cater to personal needs, flexible
30 minutes to an hour based on goal of lesson
Lessons can be for casual conversations or for JLPT exam preparations,
Casual speaking: key vocabulary to learn and be used in sentences, can talk about any topic of interest
JLPT exam: identify weaknesses through mock tests, focus on vocab and exam techniques. Each class will focus on one component to prepare for full exam
Have 2 years of teaching non-native speakers to become fluent in Japanese
